Job summary

The role of Procurement Specialist focuses on driving the procurement strategy for the Sales Market, ensuring a compliant and efficient supplier base aligned with global standards. Responsibilities include leading sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management to foster strong partnerships and maintain high-quality operations.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree such as an HD or bachelor’s degree
  • Procurement certifications are advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Background in Retail Construction and/or Facility Management is preferred
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies
  • Experience in an international, matrix organization with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional procurement specialists and sales market teams to establish and communicate procurement strategies
  • Manage strategic governance of market agreements through regular follow-ups and meetings with key vendors
  • Set goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management
  • Maintain up-to-date audits and assessments related to procurement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in procurement-related matters across the organization

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field
