Procurement Finance Student Assistant (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Global Procurement Finance team within Asset Strategy Finance. The role includes assisting Finance Business Partners with performance reviews, planning, forecasting, and investment analysis, while also providing hands-on exposure to financial models and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Final year Bachelor's student or first-year Master's student in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, finance, statistics, or accounting) at a Danish university.
• Highly analytical with experience in handling large datasets using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of financial statements in a global context.
• Ability to coordinate complex topics across multiple stakeholders.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Interest in applying AI to enhance work processes.
• Passion for learning and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly performance reviews, annual planning, and forecasting, including preparation and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and investment evaluations for Finance Business Partners.
• Support the validation and simplification of business processes and analytical tools.
• Aid in OPEX and CAPEX project audits across relevant sectors.
• Test AI tools developed for Global Procurement.
