About the role

Job summary

This role involves managing the procurement process for a global organization, focusing on vendor relationships and compliance. The Procurement Analyst will work closely with various internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement (services and SaaS)
  • Solid experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in commercial negotiation and contracting
  • Strong project management and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate vendor contracts to secure optimal pricing and terms
  • Oversee the procurement process in Coupa, collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Monitor software license renewals to ensure timely processing
  • Collaborate with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams for compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve day-to-day issues

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in procurement or related field preferred.

  • Coupa for procurement management
  • Communication tools for collaboration with distributed teams
