Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture leadership for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF principles and lifecycle-based architecture governance.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems.
• Proven ability to communicate architectural choices in business terms to executives.
• Experience as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and their implications for enterprise platforms.
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in structured change management approaches, including ADKAR.
• Leadership style focused on collaboration and value.
• Fluency in English and Danish or Swedish; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance architectural intent from pre-sales.
• Provide leadership throughout the transformation lifecycle and guide platform adoption.
• Develop a managed transition plan from the pre-sales success roadmap.
• Create industry-specific architectural perspectives and implementation plans.
• Maintain executive trust in architectural direction and serve as a strategic advisor.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance major initiatives.
• Coordinate architectural efforts among teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead architecture governance and assurance forums.
• Work with pre-sales teams to improve future pursuits and delivery outcomes.
