Pricing Specialist (Chemicals, Remote)

Job summary

The Pricing Specialist will be instrumental in driving pricing transformation within the organization by collaborating with various business leaders to ensure pricing strategies are effective and scalable across different markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel, BI tools, or pricing platforms.
• Experience in pricing software, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling is preferred.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies throughout the organization.
• Monitor and adjust pricing based on global market trends and customer needs, working closely with Product Managers and Sales teams.
• Ensure the integrity and governance of pricing data across all systems.
• Establish and manage the approval and review processes for pricing projects.
• Conduct regular price reviews in collaboration with Global Price Strategy and other functional managers.

Skills

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and implement pricing initiatives effectively.
• Experience in commercial organizations is advantageous.

Education

• Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Business, Econometrics, or Data Science.

Tools
