Pricing Manager (On-site)

Job summary

The Pricing Manager will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by developing and implementing pricing strategies for innovative products within the Wound & Tissue Repair (WTR) business area, particularly focusing on international expansion and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Solid experience in pricing, finance, consulting, or commercial roles
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to influence decision-making in complex environments
• Experience with financial modeling and business case development
• Advanced analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–30 days per year

Responsibilities

• Act as the pricing lead and business partner for the WTR business area
• Drive end-to-end pricing for new product launches, especially in Advanced Wound Dressings
• Develop and implement pricing governance frameworks
• Evaluate business cases and set prices that balance value, competitiveness, and risk
• Facilitate price approval processes and ensure effective market execution
• Identify pricing opportunities and areas for improvement across the value chain
• Monitor pricing performance and market developments
• Lead pricing-related projects across headquarters and subsidiaries
• Provide insights and KPI reporting to senior management
