Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing pricing and revenue management strategies within a global team, supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The Pricing Analyst will contribute to the development of pricing capabilities through analysis and insights that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for pricing and revenue growth management
  • Conduct analytical deep dives on pricing performance, including price elasticity and impact assessments
  • Develop pricing and RGM models for scenario analysis and recommendations
  • Monitor pricing performance, competitive positioning, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive post-analysis of pricing actions, translating findings into recommendations
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align business needs with data-driven solutions
  • Synthesize analyses into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Continuously improve the generation and communication of pricing insights

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with pricing performance data and commercial KPIs
  • Understanding of pricing and RGM concepts
  • Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and team-player mentality

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Tools

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
