Portfolio Marketer (Healthcare, West Europe)

Job summary

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and market expansion for a diverse range of medical solutions across Western Europe. You will collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Clinical Specialists to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and accelerate demand generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences marketing, product management, or portfolio marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
• Fluent in English and one additional European language
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Temperature Management portfolio across Western Europe
• Drive demand generation and customer engagement initiatives to boost market adoption
• Manage the performance of Tapes, Wraps, Electrodes, and Peri-Operative Solutions portfolios
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account teams to identify business opportunities and support account development
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
• Develop forecasts, business cases, and performance reviews to aid strategic decision-making

Skills

• Experience in portfolio management, business planning, and performance tracking
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Experience working with Sales, Key Account Managers, and hospital purchasing processes
