Job summary

This position involves working with advanced surveillance technologies, specifically focusing on optoDAS and hydrophone data fusion analyzed with Artificial Intelligence (AI) for monitoring the Arctic, maritime areas, and critical infrastructures. Qualifications

• A two-year master's degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an equivalent academic level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate methods for Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) and hydrophone systems for surveillance.
• Utilize AI to fuse measurements from various techniques and sensors.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and project partners in industry and government.
• Present research findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
