PG Maintenance Technician

Job summary

The role involves maintaining and repairing filling equipment and installations in PG Plants, ensuring high system availability and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include conducting preventive checks, logging work and findings, and collaborating on the design of new systems while providing technical support for project implementation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or technical education
• Experience in industrial operations or automation preferred
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance tasks according to the schedule and ensure timely availability of spare parts
• Complete planned work on systems as per work orders
• Document work and results, providing feedback on defects or improvements
• Conduct periodic checks of EIS in PG Plants
• Report incidents and assist in operator training on equipment knowledge

Skills

• Knowledge of cryogenic vessels, pumps, and piping
• Familiarity with filling equipment and troubleshooting 24V/230V electrical systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and flowcharts
• Understanding of safety devices including LOTO and SWP

Education

• Mechanical and/or technical education required

Tools

• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment relevant to filling systems and electrical troubleshooting.
