Job summary

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the team. The position requires on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and inboxes for senior leaders
  • Support expense management and related tasks in Workday
  • Coordinate visitor arrangements and provide coverage during absences
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, sharing updates and ensuring alignment
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings and events
  • Plan and coordinate off-site meetings and team social events
  • Arrange travel in accordance with company policies and budget

Education

Open to candidates at various career stages, including recent graduates or those with limited experience who demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.
