Job summary

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, specifically the Global Head of Logistics & Services Procurement, and another senior leader within the team. The Personal Assistant will facilitate communication, manage schedules, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate inboxes
  • Support expense management and related tasks in Workday
  • Coordinate visitor arrangements and provide coverage during absences
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, sharing updates and ensuring alignment
  • Prepare materials for leadership meetings and maintain effective communication flows
  • Plan and coordinate events, including off-sites and team meetings
  • Arrange travel in accordance with company policies and budget

Education

Open to candidates at various career stages, including recent graduates or those with limited experience who demonstrate strong motivation and a willingness to learn.
