Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
  • Ensure customers achieve expected performance outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback for actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, product, and support teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Contribute to service process improvements and standards.
  • Support commercial teams in identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing across internal teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
