Job summary

This role involves serving as a People Partner within the People Partnering Organisation at headquarters, focusing on supporting the Global People Function. The position is essential for ensuring a positive HR experience for leaders and employees, with responsibilities spanning HR annual activities, strategic project execution, and workshop facilitation.

Qualifications

  • Passion for business partnering and enhancing management experiences for individual contributors.
  • Solid experience with HR annual wheel activities in a corporate setting, including performance management and employee engagement.
  • Background in an HR partnering role within a large organization, preferably global with a matrix structure.
  • Experience in change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching.
  • Resilient and adaptable personality capable of navigating organizational complexity.
  • Strong proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior/Global People Business Partners to implement global and function-specific People Strategies.
  • Establish strong relationships with functional leaders, providing guidance on leadership matters.
  • Work with Regional People Functions to manage day-to-day people processes and resolve complex cases.
  • Partner closely with HR professionals across Solutions and Deployment teams.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for leaders using available data insights.
  • Participate in recruitment processes as needed.
