Job summary

This role focuses on transforming the People Operations function into a scalable, efficient system as the organization expands globally. The successful candidate will enhance HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transitioning organizations from manual to automated HR processes.
• In-depth knowledge of US and international labor laws; experience with PEOs and EORs is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the global HRIS (BambooHR) as the primary source of employee data.
• Integrate HR systems with other tools to streamline data entry and reporting.
• Standardize the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop competitive benefits and leave-of-absence programs for international markets.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain the Global Employee Handbook.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to employment practices.
• Establish data entry standards for People metrics and create performance dashboards for leadership.
• Automate workflows to reduce administrative burdens on executives.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
