People & Culture Partner (Manufacturing, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves acting as a trusted People & Culture partner within a global medtech company, focusing on supporting leaders and teams in Chronic Care Research & Development. The position is based in Espergærde and requires collaboration with both local and HQ leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background
• Broad experience in various HR disciplines, preferably in specialized environments or production facilities
• Proficiency in using data to influence stakeholders and inform business discussions
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to leaders on strategic and operational people matters
• Support change and organizational development initiatives aligned with Chronic Care R&D strategy
• Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and team development
• Foster a culture of accountability and rapid learning
• Guide hiring managers in recruitment processes, especially for leadership roles
• Manage people cycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and talent development
• Provide insights and data to inform leadership discussions and decisions
• Advise on employee relations and local labor legislation
• Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives across the organization.
