People & Culture Partner (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role of People & Culture Partner involves collaborating with line managers to support organizational goals and address operational challenges. This position is part of a local team in Copenhagen and contributes to a larger P&C Partnering organization across Scandinavia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a P&C/HR Consultant or Partner.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and unions.
• Broad P&C generalist experience with a track record in a cross-functional operating model.
• Relevant education and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluency in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers on leadership, recruitment, and personnel matters.
• Coach and support managers in administrative tasks and reporting.
• Drive self-service initiatives using the People Platform solution (SuccessFactors).
• Manage dialogues with unions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Establish processes related to the People Agenda and support remote leadership in operations.
