People Analytics Partner

Job summary

The role involves supporting regional organizations in Europe, North America, and Latin America by leveraging workforce data to drive insights and business outcomes. The People Analytics Partner will collaborate with People Partners, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to address workforce challenges and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to identify workforce challenges and analytics opportunities.
• Deliver actionable workforce insights through data analysis and visualization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating insights into decisions.
• Promote the use of self-service reporting and analytics products.
• Design and conduct training and workshops to enhance data literacy.
• Work with Product, Data Management, and Platform teams to improve People Data products and data quality.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the People Data & Analytics team.

Skills

• Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HR domains such as workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management.

Education

• Relevant experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partnering, or Business Intelligence functions is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with analytics platforms and HR data models.
