Job summary

This role is part of a global Payroll Operations team focused on enhancing payroll processes and compliance for international teams. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive in streamlining workflows.
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, particularly with Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile.
  • Experience in in-house payroll processing and vendor management is advantageous.
  • Customer-facing experience in payroll processes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Process Global Payroll and EOR payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data in relevant systems.
  • Manage customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring professional communication.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions from customers and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with payroll vendors to ensure service quality.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and stay updated on payroll projects.
  • Ensure data integrity across payroll systems.
