Job summary

The role involves managing the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless experience for employees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing preparatory payroll, particularly for Germany.
  • Experience with payroll in France and/or Spain is required; knowledge of AT, UK, NL, or PT is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing external payroll providers and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparatory payroll process for international entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers and resolve compliance queries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related employee inquiries.
  • Identify inefficiencies in payroll workflows and implement automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with RevOps for accurate commission and bonus calculations.
  • Support Finance with cost reporting and audits.
  • Assist in applications for international grants and subsidies.
