Qualifications

  • Significant payroll experience in a client payroll setting.
  • In-depth legislative knowledge specific to Denmark.
  • Proven experience in payroll implementation.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Intega payroll software and local payroll tools such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over meetings.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of payroll implementation projects.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure documentation of decisions made during the implementation process.
  • Develop standardized payroll processes for efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists.

Skills

  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Ability to improve and implement processes effectively.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Intega payroll software, SAP, Excel/Google Sheets.
