Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of payroll legislation in Denmark.
  • Experience in payroll implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Intega payroll software and local payroll tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll in the Nordics.
  • Participate in sales calls and client hand-over processes.
  • Lead global payroll implementation projects from planning to execution.
  • Maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring visibility for Payroll Operations.
  • Develop standardized payroll processes and provide ongoing support.
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists in the implementation team.
