Job summary

The Payroll Associate is responsible for providing payroll services that ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency in payroll operations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to promote a client-oriented approach in line with organizational rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Open to Tier 0, 1, and 2 applicants as per the tiered application process.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll, banking, and disbursement services for personnel.
  • Advise clients on benefits, entitlements, and HR guidelines.
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely administration of payroll transactions.
  • Address queries and assist in resolving issues related to payroll and HR data.
  • Oversee payroll banking setups and ensure fluidity of payments.
  • Run payroll processes including cancellations and finalizations.
  • Support HR and financial policies related to payroll.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing regarding agency-specific payroll practices.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for payroll information accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for client advisement and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in finance, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with payroll systems, specifically Quantum, is advantageous.
