Job summary

The Payroll Associate is responsible for providing payroll services that ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency in operations. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to promote a client-oriented approach in line with organizational rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll administration and HR services.
  • Knowledge of benefits and entitlements, staff regulations, and HR guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll, banking, and disbursement services for personnel.
  • Advise clients on HR policies and payroll-related queries.
  • Monitor payroll processes and ensure timely posting of expenditures.
  • Assist in processing separations, sick leave, and special grants.
  • Liaise with HQ bureaus on clustering services and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial transactions posted to the General Ledger.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and financial software.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with payroll systems such as Quantum and financial management software.
