Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and manage large cross-portfolio epics from discovery to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate dependencies for effective collaboration and decision-making.
• Develop and implement innovative working methods to enhance efficiency.
• Create lean business cases, define epic hypothesis statements, and guide initiatives through enterprise portfolio Kanban systems.
• Ensure transparent communication and governance structures with senior management.
