Pattern Designer

Job summary

This role involves leading the establishment and development of the fit and pattern foundation for a fashion brand. You will work closely with a small team and collaborate with international suppliers to ensure product quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in pattern design or garment construction
• Solid experience in patterns, fit, and product development
• Strong understanding of fit, shape, and garment functionality
• Familiarity with production flows and quality requirements
• Experience with CLO3D and preferably CLO-SET
• Fluent in English and confident with data and systems

Responsibilities

• Define and build the fit foundation and block library
• Develop, adjust, and approve 3D patterns and samples
• Drive fit sessions and provide hands-on fit comments via CLO-SET
• Prepare measurement charts, grading, and ensure size consistency
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure quality, fit, and construction standards
• Contribute to modular design and standardization across product groups
