Pattern Designer (Fashion, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the establishment and development of the fit and pattern foundation for a fashion brand, focusing on 3D product creation and collaboration with international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in pattern design or garment construction.
• Solid experience in patterns, fit, and product development.
• Strong understanding of fit, shape, and garment functionality.
• Knowledge of production flows and quality requirements.
• Experience with CLO3D and preferably CLO-SET.
• Fluent in English with confidence in working with data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the fit foundation and block library.
• Develop, adjust, and approve 3D patterns and samples.
• Drive fit sessions and provide hands-on fit comments via CLO-SET.
• Prepare measurement charts, grading, and ensure size consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure quality, fit, and construction standards.
• Contribute to modular design and standardization across product groups.

Skills

• Strong technical foundation in pattern design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Education

• Relevant degree in pattern design or garment construction is preferred.
