Partner Marketing Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on building and managing a partner marketing channel for a company that aids manufacturers in utilizing real-time production data. The position involves recruiting and enabling partners, as well as driving demand through collaborative marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, with 1-2 years in partner or channel marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing to and through partners, particularly resellers, system integrators, or consultancies in technical or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to create marketing programs from the ground up.
• Strong skills in content creation and campaign management across digital, email, and events.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and CRM/marketing automation tools; experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes to inform future strategies.
• Proficient in English and an additional EMEA language (German preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recruit new partners by developing a compelling partnership narrative and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Create partner enablement resources, including pitch decks and objection handling materials.
• Organize partner recruitment events and webinars to position the company as a leading intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and measure the impact of partner-driven pipeline.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector or familiarity with concepts like OEE, MES, or industrial IoT is beneficial but not mandatory.

Education

• Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
