Data & Performance Specialist (Retail, Part-time)

Job summary

This part-time role focuses on enhancing financial and commercial performance within retail operations, specifically for flagship stores and the wholesale department. The position involves close collaboration with various teams to optimize stock flow, performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and commercial understanding

• Experience in retail, planning, merchandising, finance, or data analysis
• Proficient in Excel and reporting
• Familiarity with Steep and Shopify is advantageous
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Support retail budgets, forecasting, and variance follow-up
• Analyze P&L performance and deliver monthly performance reporting
• Provide commercial recommendations based on sales and stock performance
• Manage retail stock and allocation planning
• Lead pre-order processes and align product allocation with sales forecasts
• Ensure strong replenishment and availability across stores
• Build and enhance reporting structures for retail insights
• Support automation of operational workflows
