Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Support or Moderating online games is preferred
• Strong dedication, reliability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily in-game moderation tasks
• Collaborate with a team of Moderators and Support Managers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and governmental online trust requirements
• Attend training and company events
• Work evenings, weekends, and during holiday periods as needed

Education
