Job summary

The Parcel Network Manager will be instrumental in designing, building, and enhancing a cross-border parcel network across Europe, ensuring it is scalable and efficient for operational use.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the parcel, e-commerce logistics, or cross-border last-mile sectors.
• Proven experience in network design, operations, and commercial frameworks.
• Ability to develop clear, scalable solutions for complex logistics challenges.
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of cost-to-serve and pricing strategies.
• Experience in a matrix organization and working across multiple countries.
• Structured, analytical, and proactive approach.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the parcel hub and linehaul network across Europe.
• Optimize injection points, hubs, and last-mile delivery systems.
• Balance speed, cost, and capacity as parcel volumes increase.
• Structure carrier agreements and rates for ease of use by country teams.
• Convert network designs into commercial tools like rate cards and routing logic.
• Identify and implement improvements in cost, capacity, and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Build a robust carrier portfolio that balances reach, quality, and cost.

Education

• Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with logistics management software and analytical tools is advantageous.
