Paralegal (LegalTech, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting customers in a LegalTech environment by combining legal drafting, customer service, and technical assistance. You will work closely with a Customer Success team to ensure clients achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining high standards of legal accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or an interest in legal technology and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Docs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Experience working with customers from various industries is an advantage.
