Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing with a focus on managing substantial budgets for paid social campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in major paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, along with B2B marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation and managing complex full-funnel campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of UTM architecture and conversion tracking for data-driven optimization.
  • Experience targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies targeting high-value B2B accounts on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
  • Manage audience architecture, including building Ideal Customer Profiles and leveraging intent data for personalized advertising.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, focusing on awareness, retargeting, and demand generation across various regions.
  • Conduct daily performance audits and test ad copy and creative formats to enhance efficiency and scaling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop a testing roadmap and ensure alignment with platform best practices.
  • Implement robust conversion tracking and UTM architecture for accurate measurement and ROI attribution.

Skills

Education
