Paid Social Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving growth through data-driven paid social strategies while working fully remotely. You will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major social platforms to help brands meet their performance objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, particularly in paid social or direct response marketing.
• Proven track record managing high-budget paid social campaigns, with experience exceeding $1M per month.
• Strong expertise in Meta advertising platforms and optimization strategies.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Experience with additional platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is preferred.
