  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Commercially minded with an emphasis on ROI and performance.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive media plans for marketing activities in coordination with local agency teams, including budget allocation per campaign/channel/week.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of media plans with commercial strategies.
  • Activate and monitor local paid media channels, collaborating with the Global Media Optimization Lead for global media channels.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of media performance in the sales market.
  • Manage paid media budget investments and results.
  • Onboard and regularly review local agencies based on a global framework, ensuring effective execution of local channel strategies.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and performance channels.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with media planning and analytics tools is preferred.
