The Owned Media Lead is responsible for planning and optimizing CRM communication across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp, utilizing customer data to create personalized marketing journeys. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in CRM or media planning, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in digital channel management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize CRM communications in alignment with the local marketing calendar.
  • Utilize the Marketing Automation Platform to create data-driven customer journeys and campaign communications.
  • Ensure alignment of global and local email and push activities.
  • Deliver personalized content using customer data and segmentation to enhance conversion and membership growth.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Leads to synchronize owned media with paid and earned campaigns.
  • Coordinate local events and partnerships related to the membership program.

Skills

  • Proficient in campaign performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
