Job summary

This role is designed for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in operations within an international manufacturing environment through a 2-year trainee program. The position involves working closely with the Operations team and requires regular travel to various production sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education, such as an MSc or BSc in Engineering (Production, Production Technology, or Mechanical Engineering) or a background as a Production Engineer or Production Technologist.
• Strong interest in production processes, optimization, and digitalization.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing production processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and assist in implementing solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making in operations.
• Coordinate activities across different departments and locations.
• Prepare presentations and project follow-ups while supporting the Operations Director with various tasks.
