Responsibilities

  • Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
  • Investigate and resolve failed deliveries or collections, prioritizing for next-day delivery.
  • Input data into the in-house tracking system.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to company processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to supervisors and team members as needed.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
  • Strong planning and organizing abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Proficiency in Danish and English is required.

Tools

  • In-house tracking system and standard office software.
