Qualifications

• Strong background in operational roles, particularly in people operations and legal contracting.
• Proficient in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
• Oversee the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the onboarding experience for clients and employees.
• Continuously seek improvements in the onboarding process and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and security, supporting compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline onboarding processes.
