Job summary

This role involves providing support to the Country Lead and Office Manager with various daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an office environment preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and handle physical and digital mail.
  • Coordinate package bookings and order office supplies, including flowers.
  • Liaise with craftsmen, cleaning teams, and landlords as needed.
  • Assist with meeting services, including lunch bookings.
  • Conduct office security walks in collaboration with the Office Manager and other Office Assistant.

Skills

  • Proficient in office management and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or related field is a plus.

Tools

  • Familiarity with office software and communication tools.
