• Strong skills in strategic execution, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
• Familiarity with Oncology, specialty care, and market access is advantageous.
• Experience in utilizing data and AI tools for performance management and decision-making.
• Commitment to ethical practices and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
