Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex product development or R&D projects in an industrial setting.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project execution.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Lean, Agile) is a plus.
• Technical background, preferably with engineering experience.
• Experience in large organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant STEM field.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex New Product Development (NPD) projects with structured execution.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, operations, quality, sourcing, and commercial teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, and follow-up to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Coordinate decision-making processes and facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and governance.
