.NET Developer (Hørsholm, Denmark)

Job summary

An experienced .NET Developer is needed to join the R&D team in Hørsholm, Denmark, focusing on the development of advanced configuration, deployment, and communication systems for maritime automation. The role involves working with a mix of Windows, Linux, and embedded devices to create secure and scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in developing applications using .NET and C#
• Familiarity with database design and development
• Understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar environments is a plus
• Knowledge of network protocols and communication technologies
• Understanding of Private Key injection and secure software deployment is advantageous
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is beneficial
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems or maritime environments is a plus
• Experience with C/C++ or other programming languages is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET/C# applications for the NACOS Platinum Platform
• Create software for configuration, deployment, and communication systems across various environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and solutions
• Contribute to software architecture and design discussions
• Develop and maintain database solutions for platform functionality
• Ensure compliance with maritime cybersecurity and operational standards
• Participate in testing, debugging, documentation, and software release activities
• Work with international development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
