MSS Coordinator

Job summary

The MSS Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding and transformation of clients into Managed Security Services. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in managed security services or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts and building relationships.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince II, PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery teams to prepare solutions and review necessary documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation effectively.
• Communicate project progress, timelines, and expectations to internal teams.
• Review security requirements, contracts, and technical specifications for accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support post-onboarding to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes, workflows, and project delivery.
