About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing the sales process for Computed Tomography (CT) products and services, from initial lead generation to contract closure. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert, developing tailored value propositions and building strong relationships with clinical stakeholders across the Nordics region.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years in a Commercial/Sales Role within the healthcare sector, preferably with a clinical background in Radiology.
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales process for CT portfolio opportunities from lead to contract closure.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with clinical customers to enhance business value.
  • Conduct customer presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders.
  • Prepare customer quotes and respond to tender requirements.
  • Support marketing campaigns and product introductions.
  • Define and execute business policies, pricing strategies, and product mix.
  • Provide insights for business strategy and achieve sales goals.
  • Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and experience with LEAN methodology.
  • Ability to build and optimize product configurations.
  • Strong networking capabilities within relevant expert groups.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Experience with Salesforce.com for lead and opportunity management.
