Microsoft 365 Expert (Copenhagen)

Job summary

An experienced Microsoft 365 Expert is sought to develop and maintain a modern workplace platform, ensuring secure and scalable Microsoft 365 services. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions that enhance device management, collaboration, and business process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Over five years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, and solution delivery
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including device management and compliance policies
• Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proficient in SharePoint Online, focusing on site architecture and document management
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience diagnosing issues across Microsoft 365 services

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Intune for device and application management
• Build and optimize solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Develop and optimize SharePoint Online environments for collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives and provide 3rd line support

Skills

• Expertise in governance, security, and operational management within Microsoft 365
• Experience implementing solutions at scale using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Strong understanding of automation opportunities and best practices

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
