Job summary

The role involves supporting the merchandise planning process through data analysis and reporting to drive inventory management decisions and optimize sales. You will be responsible for consolidating financial plans, conducting performance analysis, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on data inputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Controlling.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with global organizations is beneficial.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support the consolidation of merchandise financial plans in line with global strategies.
  • Conduct analysis to validate assumptions and identify risks or gaps.
  • Prepare controlling and reporting across various metrics including sell-out and revenue.
  • Perform routine performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory health metrics and ensure alignment with global guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Contribute to improvements in planning and reporting processes.

Education
