Seeking a data-driven Media Manager with a strong commercial mindset to enhance media efficiency and performance across the Nordic region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive innovative marketing strategies that align with business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer brands, retail, or omnichannel marketing within a Nordic or multi-market regional role at a Media Agency.
  • Proven track record in digital media strategy, planning, or performance marketing, utilizing frameworks like Marketing Mix Modelling.
  • Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems and performance measurement.
  • Ability to analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week at the Billund HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Drive efficiency and quality in Nordic paid media with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Utilize Marketing Mix Modelling insights to enhance media investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement local media plans based on global strategies.
  • Manage the partnership with local media agencies, including performance optimization and fee management.
  • Ensure effective use of owned and social media in campaigns.
  • Translate media performance data into actionable recommendations for various teams.
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between global media strategy and local execution.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on operational execution.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is essential.
