Marketing Student Assistant

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Clinique Marketing Team in various marketing activities across Nordic markets. The role includes planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns and product launches, while gaining hands-on experience in marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program with at least two years of studies remaining
• Strong skills in Excel
• Effective planning and coordination abilities
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach
• Strong communication skills for relationship building
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities across Nordic markets
• Manage brand events for consumers and retailers
• Coordinate production of POS materials and marketing assets
• Help create retailer campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Support field staff with in-store activity materials
• Create presentations and sales materials for stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing activities across various teams
• Optimize product pages and digital content on retailer platforms
• Assist with sales reporting and performance tracking in Excel
• Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
