Marketing Student Assistant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Clinique Marketing Team with various marketing activities across Nordic markets. The position is designed for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program with at least two years of studies remaining
• Strong skills in Excel
• Effective planning and coordination abilities
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and maintaining marketing activities across Nordic markets
• Manage brand events for consumers and retailers
• Coordinate production of POS materials and marketing assets
• Help create retailer campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Support field staff with materials for in-store activities and events
• Create presentations and sales materials for stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing activities and product launches
• Optimize product pages and digital content on retailer platforms
• Support sales reporting, analysis, and performance tracking in Excel
• Assist the marketing team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
