Job summary

This role involves leading the execution of marketing campaigns across Northern Europe during a 12-month parental cover. The Marketing Project Manager will coordinate creative processes, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely delivery of impactful brand experiences.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented project manager with experience in fast-paced marketing environments.
  • Strong project and traffic management skills across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and channels.
  • Experience in creative development and customer communication.
  • Ability to manage legal approvals, translations, and asset delivery.
  • Proficient with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a local language is advantageous.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute production and traffic management plans across Northern Europe.
  • Manage creative briefing processes and assist copywriters with messaging.
  • Coordinate legal approvals and translations to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee asset delivery to marketing teams and suppliers, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Support country marketing teams with campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage digital asset management systems for efficient storage and transmission.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth campaign delivery.
